Job Summary

Architect – Environmental Analyst

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with at least 3-4 year of experience in sustainable architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess working knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools. You will assist in the design, analysis, and documentation of sustainable architectural projects, supporting senior team members in delivering innovative and efficient building solutions.

Job Roles :

  • Perform and interpret solar/shadow analysis, daylight simulations, wind flow analysis, thermal analysis and natural ventilation studies using appropriate software tools.
  • Assist in integrating passive design strategies into architectural concepts and planning.
  • Work with BIM software (such as Revit) to produce accurate and coordinated models and drawings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MEP, structural engineers, and sustainability consultants.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 3-4 year of professional experience with a focus on sustainable architecture and green building design.
  • Practical knowledge in shadow analysis, daylighting, wind flow, and natural ventilation strategies.
  • Proficiency in BIM tools (preferably Revit) and basic knowledge of BIM coordination.
  • Experience with environmental analysis software (e.g., Autodesk Insight, Ladybug/Honeybee for Grasshopper, Rhino, Climate Studio, or similar).
  • Familiarity with sustainability rating systems (LEED, WELL, GRIHA, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
